What to include

  • Your platform: GGammon Mobile or GGammon for Apple Vision Pro.
  • The app version and device operating-system version.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • The approximate time of the problem and any non-sensitive error text.

Never send a password, Apple Account password, payment-card number, private key, or a complete purchase receipt by email. We will ask for only the information reasonably needed to investigate.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple controls App Store billing and subscription cancellation. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable law. You can manage an active subscription in your Apple Account settings. If a validated purchase is not reflected in GGammon, try Restore Purchases in the app and then contact us with the platform, product name, and approximate purchase time.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete my account?

Open the account-deletion page to start a permanent, support-assisted deletion request. We verify that you control the account before deleting it. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel any subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.

How do I cancel a subscription or request a refund?

Canceling in Apple Account settings stops future renewals. It is separate from withdrawing from or requesting a refund for an initial purchase. EU and EEA consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an initial App Store subscription within 14 days after receiving Apple's receipt, subject to applicable law and exceptions. Apple bills App Store purchases and handles these requests through Report a Problem.
