European Accessibility Act Status

VR Gammon, LLC currently qualifies as a microenterprise providing services under Article 3(23) of Directive (EU) 2019/882 because it employs fewer than 10 people and its annual turnover or annual balance-sheet total does not exceed EUR 2 million. Under Article 4(5), microenterprises providing services are exempt from the Directive's service accessibility requirements and related compliance obligations.

We review this status annually and when our staffing or financial circumstances materially change.

Our Accessibility Commitment

Although this exemption applies, we aim to make GGammon usable by as many people as possible. We welcome reports about accessibility barriers and suggestions for improvement.
